Binding Agreement: These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Zibmate and its related services. By continuing to browse, register, or utilize the portal, you signify explicit compliance with these contractual frameworks.

1About Zibmate

Zibmate is a comprehensive PG discovery, booking, and property management ecosystem operated by Zibmate Private Limited. The operational platform targets three distinct architectural spaces:

  • Providing tools for tenants to find, compare, and book viable accommodations.
  • Equipping property owners with digital boards to administer verified physical premises.
  • Facilitating continuous operational communication and service management channels.

2-3Eligibility & Credentials

Account Mandates

To interact with the systems, users must be at least 18 years old and possess structural legal capacity to execute binding commitments.

You are solely accountable for shielding private password criteria and maintaining precise profile updates. All transactions or activities initiated through an authentic credential set belong legally to that registered account holder.

4-5Platform Operational Responsibilities

For Tenants

Lawful Platform Use

Tenants commit to provisioning true identification, honoring localized house rules, filing accurate property issues, and avoiding placeholder bookings.

For Property Owners

Verifiable Integrity

Landlords agree to state valid pricing, deploy accurate room visuals, undergo on-site layout audits, and adhere to housing laws.

6Property Verification Boundaries

Zibmate performs physical assessments of listed locations before publishing them online. However, these checks serve strictly as single point-in-time references.

No Perpetual Warranty: Verification actions do not establish legal guarantees regarding future property states, unexpected landlord actions, client conduct, or uninterrupted service fitness.

7-9Bookings, Cancellations, & Tickets

Cancellation timelines track guidelines clearly articulated during individual room checkout workflows. Unless declared otherwise by Zibmate, booking balances are non-refundable.

When maintenance requests are filed by a tenant, the registered landlord assumes full processing ownership. Zibmate operates purely as a data bridge and does not offer structural guarantees regarding physical repair resolutions.

10Prohibited Conduct Zero-Tolerance List

System environments must not be systematically exploited. Prohibited activities include:

Falsifying user identities or records
Attempting network breaches or overrides
Deploying illegal, malicious, or abusive media
Interfering with live application stability
Executing deceptive financial maneuvers
Impersonating company officials or third parties

15Governing Law & Arbitrations

These systemic policies are governed and decoded exclusively under the laws of India. Legal claims arising out of platform engagement must be submitted to the jurisdictions of Indian courts.
